Where can I find my access details?
You should receive an email with your login instructions, which will include a username and password. You can then log in to your learning here. If it hasn’t arrived, check your junk or spam folder — and if you still can’t find it, you can visit here and reset your username & password using the email address you signed up with.
How do I reset my password?
Head to my1hs.com/forgotPassword.aspx, click “Forgotten your password or username?” and follow the on-screen instructions. We’ll send you a link to set a new password.
I have selected “Manage the training for someone else”. How do I allocate the training to my staff?
Full step-by-step instructions on course allocation can be found here (PDF), so you can add each colleague and send them their login details.
Which devices can I use?
You can use any device (phone, tablet, laptop or PC) for your online training, but the final assessment must be taken on a laptop or PC.
Will my certificate be posted to me?
We don’t send a physical copy of the certificate by post. You can download your e-certificate instantly by clicking “Your Certificates” in your learning dashboard as soon as you pass.
